摘要: 面向国家创新需求,以学生发展为中心开展产教融合、赛教融合和产赛融合建设。制定以学生为中心、职业能力培养为目的的课程新目标、新内容,改革传统教学模式。以学科竞赛促进学生综合能力培养,以学科竞赛成果检验教师教学质量。企业工程师参与学科竞赛指导,培养学生职业能力,帮助企业选拔优秀人才。同时产教团队共建教学资源,逐步形成“‘产教赛’融合,思政专业课共育,学习不限时空”的创新课程模式,收到很好的教学效果。

Abstract: Facing the needs of national innovation and focusing on student development, carry out the construction of industry-education integration, competition-education integration and industry-competition integration. Formulating new curriculum objectives and content based on student-centered and professional ability training, reforming traditional teaching mode. Promoting students' comprehensive ability by discipline competition, the results of discipline competition test the teaching quality. Enterprise engineers participate in discipline competition guidance to cultivate students' professional ability, and help enterprises to select the outstanding talents. Industry and education team to build teaching resources, gradually formed integration of "industry, education and competition" ideology and specialized courses co-education, learning is not limited to time and space, receive good teaching effect.
