摘要: 针对当前我国研究生培养中存在的导师学术背景单一,学生知识体系单一,实践创新能力不足等问题,该文提出了以本学科导师为主,以交叉学科导师和企业导师为辅的矩阵式导师团队模式,对交叉学科导师团队和企业导师团队建设的实施路径展开分析,以期为研究生提供跨学科、多元化的培养计划,促使学生获取跨学科知识,优化知识结构,扩展思维空间,实现培养创新人才、提高创新能力的培养目标。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as single academic background of tutors and single knowledge system and insufficient practical innovation ability of students in the graduate training in our country, the matrix mentor team model featuring local discipline tutors and cross-discipline tutors was put forward. The implementation path of interdisciplinary mentor team and enterprise mentor team construction was analyzed, in order to provide interdisciplinary and diversified training plan for graduate students, which can encourage students to acquire interdisciplinary knowledge, optimize knowledge structure and expand thinking space, so as to achieving the cultivation goals of cultivating innovative talent and improving innovation ability.
