摘要: 为主动对接区域新一代信息相关产业发展需求,全国上下掀起现代产业学院建设浪潮,进而积极推动学校人才培养供给侧与产业需求侧紧密对接,不断探索产业链、创新链、教育链有效衔接。该文通过对比分析现有典型案例与理论成果,从新工科专业建设、课程设计与人才培养、师资队伍建设等维度对新工科现代产业学院的体系化建设提供实践性理论支撑,不断深化产教融合,扎实推进新工科建设再深化、再拓展、再突破、再出发,着力塑造集产、学、研、转、创、用于一体,互补、互利、互动的人才培养创新格局,培养适应相关产业发展的高素质应用型、复合型、创新型人才,进而为新工科现代产业学院教育生态建设持续提供动力。

Abstract: In order to actively dovetail with the development needs of regional new-generation information-related industries, a wave of modern industrial colleges are being built across the country, which in turn actively promotes the close docking of the supply side of talent training in schools with the demand side of industries, and continuously explores the effective articulation of industrial chain, innovation chain and education chain. This paper provides practical theoretical support for the systematic construction of modern industrial colleges of new engineering by comparing and analyzing existing typical cases and theoretical achievements, and from the latitudes of professional construction of new engineering, curriculum design and talent training, and teacher training team construction, etc. It constantly deepens the integration of industry and education, solidly pushes forward the construction of new engineering to deepen, expand, break through and start again, and strives to shape a system that integrates production, learning, research, transformation, creation and use into one. The university will strive to create an innovative pattern of talent training that is complementary, mutually beneficial and interactive, cultivate high-quality applied, compound and innovative talents that can adapt to the development of relevant industries in our province, and thus provide a sustainable source of power for the construction of the education ecology of modern industrial colleges of new engineering.
