师范专业认证视域下英语教师教育U-S共同体构建探索

摘要: 《普通高等学校师范类专业认证实施办法(暂行)》的发布,为新时代教师教育的发展指明了方向,对师范生的培养提出了新要求。该文以师范专业认证为导向,探索建立高等师范院校与中学深度融合的教师教育共同体,积极创设协同发展新路径。英语教师教育U-S共同体以共建共享优质教育教学资源、协同推进教学改革与创新、共同培养培训高素质中学教师的教师教育共同体为宗旨,以校校合作和卓越教师实验班为推手,构建高校、中学“两位一体”的协同育人培养模式,进而提升地方高师院校英语师范专业本科生的师范教育水平和实践能力。

Abstract: The promulgation of the Measures for the Implementation of Normal Professional Certification in General Colleges and Universities (Provisional) has pointed out the direction of the development of teacher education in the new era and put forward new requirements for the training of normal students. This paper, guided by the normal professional certification, explores the establishment of a teacher education community that is deeply integrated between higher normal colleges and middle schools, and actively creates a new path of collaborative development. The purpose of the U-S community of English teacher education is to jointly build and share high-quality education and teaching resources, jointly promote teaching reform and innovation, and jointly cultivate and train high-quality secondary school teachers. With the school-school cooperation and excellent teacher experimental classes as the driving force, the U-S community of English teacher education constructs a "two-in-one" collaborative education model for colleges and secondary schools, and further improves the normal education level and practical ability of English undergraduates in local normal colleges.
