摘要: 船舶制造的智能化、数字化转型升级,对职业院校培养船舶智能制造技术技能人才提出了全新挑战。该文基于OBE教育理念,从建立校企双主体产业学院、共建岗课赛证融通五层级模块化课程体系、开展学生考核模式改革、开发职业教育新型教材、系统推进教法改革、建立健全专业认证制度、完善专业群质量保证体系和动态结构优化机制等方面,进行了船舶智能制造专业群高水平人才培养路径研究与实践。

Abstract: The intelligent and digital transformation and upgrading of ship manufacturing have posed a new challenge to the training of technical and skilled personnel in ship intelligent manufacturing in vocational colleges. Based on the OBE education concept, this paper has carried out research and practice on the training path of high-level talents in ship Intelligent manufacturing professional group from the following aspects: establishing a school-enterprise dual-body industrial college, jointly building a five-level modular curriculum system of posts, courses, competitions and certificates, carrying out the examination model reform, and the establishment and improvement of professional certification system, In terms of improving the quality assurance system and dynamic structure optimization mechanism of the specialty group, the research and practice on the training path of high-level talents of the shipbuilding intelligent manufacturing specialty group have been carried out.
