摘要: 探讨系列化微课程联合案例教学在ECMO临床护理教学实践中的应用效果。将广西某三级甲等综合医院2021年7月至2022年1月在ICU实习的30名护理本科生作为对照组,2022年2月-2022年8月在ICU实习的30名护理本科生作为观察组,对照组采用常规带教模式,观察组在对照组的基础上,采用系列化微课程联合案例教学法开展教学活动。比较两组的自我导向学习能力、临床思维能力、理论和技能操作得分。 观察组的自我导向学习能力得分、临床思维能力得分、理论和技能操作得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可以得出,将系列化微课程联合案例教学法应用在ECMO临床护理教学实践中,可有助于提升护理实习生的自主学习能力、批判性思维能力,提高ICU临床护理教学效果。

Abstract: To explore the application effect of Serial micro course combined Case-Based Learning method in ECMO clinical nursing teaching practice. Thirty nursing undergraduates who practiced in ICU in a tertiary grade A general hospital in Guangxi from July 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the control group, and thirty nursing undergraduates who practiced in ICU from February 2022 to August 2022 were selected as the observation group. The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode. The teaching activities are carried out by adopting the serialized micro-course combined case teaching method. Self-directed learning ability, clinical thinking ability, theory and skill operation scores were compared between the two groups. The scores of self-directed learning ability, clinical thinking ability, theory and skill operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The application of Serial micro course combined Case-Based Learning method in ECMO clinical nursing teaching practice can help to improve the independent learning ability and critical thinking ability of nursing interns and improve the effect of ICU clinical nursing teaching.
