柯氏四级评估模型在高校创新创业教育评估中的适用性探索

摘要: 创新创业教育已经被世界各国作为在教育方向上助力经济发展的重要战略。为响应国家人才发展战略,近年来,我国高校也在大力转型发展创新创业教育。对高校现有的创新创业教育进行客观评价,不仅能实时监控“双创”教育的办学方向,还能及时发现短板,优化办学方法和资源配置,同时集取创新创业教育的最佳实践,总结典型经验、推广复制。该文在回顾学者在“双创”教育评估领域探索的基础上,创新性地提出将企业培训评估领域著名的柯氏四级评估模型应用于高校创新创业教育评估中,并对其做了适应性和创造性改造,采用混合测评模式对高校的创新创业教育做出评价设计,为创新创业教育评价实践向更加全面客观、操作便捷和常态化的方向发展提供思路。

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education has been regarded as an important strategy to boost economic development in the direction of education by countries around the world. Recent years, in response to the national talent development strategy, Chinese universities are also vigorously transforming and developing innovation and entrepreneurship education. To objectively evaluate the existing innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, we can not only monitor the running direction of entrepreneurship and innovation education in real time, but also timely find weaknesses, optimize the running methods and resource allocation, and at the same time, precipitate the best practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education, extract experience, promote replication. On the basis of reviewing the previous scholars' exploration in the field of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education evaluation, this paper creatively proposes to apply the famous Kirkpatrick four-level evaluation model in the field of enterprise training evaluation to the evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and has made adaptive and creative transformation. The mixed evaluation model is used to make evaluation design for innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, so as to provide ideas for making the evaluation practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education more comprehensive and objective, in the direction of convenient operation and normalization.
