以创新班推动专业人才培养模式改革的实践与思考——以浙江省高职高专院校“十三五”特色专业药品经营与管理为例

摘要: 该文以浙江省高职高专院校“十三五”特色专业药品与管理的医药新零售和高级医药学术推广创新班为例,通过四届连续六年的创新班教学改革与实践,依托医药行业优势,实施“双导师制”,联合国内外优秀医药企业教学资源,独立设置创新班人才培养方案,搭建“医药和实践”双特色课程体系,以创新班带动普通班,协同推动专业人才培养改革和创新,有效提升专业教学质量和就业质量,专业影响力持续扩大。在创新班设立方式、创新班文化打造、学生职业发展规划及就业选择等方面提出思考和经验,药品经营与管理专业的创新班改革模式践行了创新创业教育的理念,同时给高职学院应用型创新人才培养积累了宝贵经验,具有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract: This paper takes the "13th Five-Year Plan" specialty medicine and management innovation class of new medicine retail and advanced medicine academic promotion in higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province as an example. Through four consecutive six years of innovation class teaching reform and practice, relying on the advantages of the pharmaceutical industry, we implement the "double tutor system", combine the teaching resources of excellent pharmaceutical enterprises at home and abroad, independently set up the innovation class talent training program, and build the "medicine and practice" dual characteristic curriculum system, the innovation class drives the ordinary class, cooperatively promotes the reform and innovation of professional talent training, effectively improves the quality of professional teaching and employment, and the professional influence continues to expand; The article puts forward reflection and experience on the establishment of innovation class, the creation of innovation class culture, students' career development planning and employment choice, etc. The innovation class reform mode of drug management and management specialty has implemented the concept of national innovation and entrepreneurship education, and has accumulated valuable experience for the cultivation of application-oriented innovative talents in higher vocational colleges, which has certain reference significance.
