摘要: 医学影像学是乳腺癌诊断的关键环节,其在乳腺癌的整个诊疗过程中发挥重要作用。临床规培医师在乳腺癌影像诊断方面的知识比较薄弱,而现代影像技术对乳腺癌的检查方式多种多样,形式单一的传统教学方式已不能满足现代医学影像学发展的需求。思维导图使知识结构立体化、形象化,更利于规培医师短期记忆以及灵活应用,案例教学法有利于提高学生分析问题能力、解决问题能力、自主学习能力和批判性思维,通过实践发现,这两种方法的结合在临床规培医师培养中可发挥重要作用。

Abstract: Medical imaging is a key in the diagnosis of breast cancer, and it plays an important role in the entire process of diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. The standardized training of residents in breast cancer imaging diagnosis is relatively weak, and modern imaging technology can detect breast cancer in a variety of ways. The single traditional teaching method can no longer meet the needs of modern medical imaging teaching. The mind mapping makes the knowledge structure three-dimensional and visualized, which is more conducive to the training of short-term memory and flexible application of doctors, while the CBL is conducive to improving students' ability to analyze problems, solve problems, learn independently and think critically, the combination of these two methods can play an important role in the training of clinical physicians.
