高职院校工科类专业创新能力培养体系的构建策略

Construction Strategy of Engineering Major Innovation Ability Training System in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要: 近年来,高职院校在推进创新创业教育的过程中,取得了明显成效,但在创新能力培养体系的构建上仍存在不足,限制了对学生创新能力的系统培养。对于创新型人才培养,工科专业因其技术性和实践性强的特点,逐渐受到重视。该文在分析创新能力科学内涵的基础上,从构建与创新能力相适应的教学体系、构建适合创新能力培养的实践环境、建设专业的创新能力培养指导团队、以项目(作品)或活动(竞赛)为承载四个方面提出了创新能力培养体系的构建策略,并就创新能力培养的保障条件进行了阐述,为高职院校有效开展创新创业教育提供了借鉴。

Abstract: In recent years, higher vocational colleges have made remarkable achievements in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education, but there are still deficiencies in the construction of the innovation ability training system, which limits the systematic training of innovation ability. For the cultivation of innovative talents, engineering majors are increasingly valued because of their strong technical and practical characteristics. On the basis of analyzing the scientific connotation of innovation ability, this paper puts forward the construction strategy of innovation ability cultivation system from four aspects: constructing a teaching system suitable for innovation ability cultivation, constructing a practical environment suitable for innovation ability cultivation, constructing a professional innovation ability cultivation guidance team, and taking projects (works) or activities (competitions) as the carrier, and expounds the guarantee conditions for innovation ability cultivation, it provides reference for higher vocational colleges to effectively carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education.
