摘要: 在校企合作中,企业能够为高职教育提供实训场所和先进技术,推动教育内容、教育模式的更新,学校能够帮助企业完成部分项目,为企业提供对口人才,进而推动整个行业的创新,促进区域经济发展。高职教育实行校企合作人才培养模式,有利于推动教育教学改革,增强人才的专业技术和综合素养,提升高职教育的开放性,同时促进产业结构升级,推动行业发展。该文分析了国内外职业教育校企合作的现状,从课程开发、基地建设、教学团队创建等方面入手,探索了人才培养的创新路径。

Abstract: In school-enterprise cooperation, enterprises can provide training sites and advanced technologies for higher vocational education, promote the updating of education content and education mode, and schools can help enterprises complete part of the project, provide enterprises with corresponding talents, thus promoting the innovation of the whole industry and promoting regional economic development. The implementation of school-enterprise cooperation talent training mode in higher vocational education is conducive to promoting the reform of education and teaching, enhancing the professional and technical level and comprehensive quality of talents, improving the openness of higher vocational education, promoting the upgrading of industrial structure and promoting the progress of the industry. This paper analyzes the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education at home and abroad, and explores the innovative path of talent training from the aspects of curriculum development, base construction and teaching team establishment.
