摘要: 校地合作办学是地方高校培养应用型人才的基本途径。以应用型人才培养为中心目标,推行校地合作的办学模式,充分发挥政府、地方、企业以及社会机构等的作用,构建多方位产学研协同人才培养联动机制,提高人才培养质量。该文从校地合作模式对应用型本科人才培养的必要性出发,具体分析了现阶段存在的问题,并提出了相关解决方法。

Abstract: School local cooperation is the basic way for local universities to cultivate application-oriented talents. Focusing on the cultivation of application-oriented talents, we should promote the school running mode of school local cooperation, give full play to the role of the government, local governments, enterprises and social institutions, build a multi-directional talent training linkage mechanism of industry university research collaboration, and improve the quality of talent training. This paper starts from the necessity of school local cooperation mode for the cultivation of application-oriented undergraduate talents, analyzes the existing problems at this stage, and puts forward relevant solutions.
