摘要: 职场涉外沟通能力是英语学科核心素养的基础要素,英语职场涉外沟通能力的培养是促进学生未来职业发展的重要推力。该文以英语技能大赛为依托,从职场涉外沟通能力研究的背景和意义、国家和课程对高职学生英语职场涉外沟通能力的要求、英语职场涉外沟通能力培养的实施办法、英语职场涉外沟通能力培养的评价体系四个方面进行研究,具体分析和研究了在高职英语教学中如何促进高职学生英语职场涉外沟通能力的培养和提升,并形成行之有效、具有可操作性的实施方法,以此来推动高职英语教学的改革,并为社会提供高素质、可使用英语进行有效沟通的职业人才。

Abstract: Foreign communication ability in the workplace is the basic element that constitutes the core quality of English subject, and the cultivation of foreign communication ability in English workplace is the thrust to improve students' future career development. Based on the English skills competition, this paper studies the background and significance of the research on the foreign communication ability in the workplace, the national and curriculum Requirements on the foreign communication ability of vocational college students in the English workplace, implementation measures for the cultivation of foreign communication ability in the English workplace, and evaluation system for the cultivation of foreign communication ability in the English workplace. In order to promote the reform of English teaching in higher vocational colleges and provide high-quality professionals who can communicate effectively in English, this paper specifically analyzes and studies how to implement the cultivation and improvement of students' English career foreign communication ability in higher vocational English teaching, and forms effective and operable implementation methods.
