创新创业背景下高校音乐表演专业综合改革研究

摘要: 近年来,我国高等院校把大学生创新创业教育发展作为研究的重要课题,逐步将创新创业教育融入学生培养过程。创新创业能力的塑造对学生正确认知自己的就业需求、规划职业发展方向以及努力实现就业愿景有重要助力作用。该文以大学生创新创业为背景,对艺术类高校音乐表演专业教育教学的综合改革进行研究。通过阐述创新创业相关理论、音乐专业与创新创业教育的关系,加深对音乐专业“双创”教育的了解;研究国内外艺术专业创新创业教育的发展状况、发展模式,通过对比得出符合我国教育发展的有效措施;最后结合现阶段音乐表演专业大学生创新创业现状,通过采集数据,利用枚举法、实测法、构造法等有效手段,从主观和客观两方面提出改革思路,在师资建设、平台搭建、学科交叉方面提出相关策略,以促进高校音乐表演专业“双创”教育的有效发展。

Abstract: :In recent years, China's institutions of higher education have made the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students an important topic of research, and gradually integrated innovation and entrepreneurship education into the student training process. The shaping of innovative and entrepreneurial ability has an important role in helping students to correctly perceive their employment needs, plan their career development direction and strive to realize their employment visions. This paper studies the comprehensive reform of education and teaching of music performance majors in art colleges and universities against the background of students' innovation and entrepreneurship. Through elaborating the theories related to innovation and entrepreneurship, the relationship between music majors and innovation and entrepreneurship education, the paper deepens the understanding of "dual innovation education" in music majors. Finally, we propose reform ideas from both subjective and objective aspects by collecting data, using enumeration method, actual measurement method and construction method, and suggesting relevant strategies in terms of teacher construction, platform building and interdisciplinary crossover, so as to promote the effective development of "dual-innovation education" of music performance majors in colleges and universities.
