摘要: 创新型国家建设对高职院校创新人才培养提出了更高的要求,创新人才培养在实现我国职业教育现代化中亦起着重要作用。该文分析了高职院校产教融合创新人才培养的必要性,剖析了高职院校创新人才培养存在的问题,从树立科学的创新人才培养理念、产教融合提升创新人才培养水平及开展科学的创新人才培养质量评价等方面提出了高职院校创新人才培养的对策,致力提升创新人才培养质量。

Abstract: The construction of innovative country puts forward a higher requirement for innovative personnel training in higher vocational colleges, and innovative personnel training plays an important role in realizing the modernization of vocational education in China. "Fusion" education innovation in higher vocational colleges are analyzed the necessity of the cultivation of talents, analyzes the problems existing in the innovation talent training in higher vocational colleges, from set up the scientific innovation personnel training idea, "fusion" education promote innovation personnel training level and conducting scientific innovation personnel training quality evaluation etc. Put forward the countermeasures of innovative talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges, To improve the quality of innovative personnel training.
