地方本科院校新入职教师校本培训模式研究

摘要: 新时代教师队伍建设要以提升教师专业素质能力为关键。该文在梳理教师校本培训相关研究的同时,结合近年来开展教师培训工作实践中遇到的实际问题,通过调研访谈,分析地方本科院校校本培训的现状及开展培训工作的实际困难,以培训实效性为目标,对标地方本科院校开展校本培训应该解决的关键问题,从培训管理理念、培训方案、培训内容等五个方面,构建了“校+院”二级校本培训模式,为地方本科院校开展校本培训提供参考。

Abstract: The key to the construction of teachers in the new era is to improve their professional quality and ability. Based on combing the school-based teacher training of relevant research at the same time, combined with recent years of actual problems in the practice of teacher training work, through interviews, analyzes the present situation of school-based training local undergraduate colleges and the practical difficulties to carry out the training work, aiming at training effectiveness, to the local undergraduate colleges and universities to carry out the school-based training should be the key to solve problems, from the five aspects of training management concept, training program and training content, a two-level school-based training mode of "colleges + school" has been constructed to provide reference for local undergraduate colleges to carry out school-based training.
