摘要: 在“1+X”证书制度下,高职院校人才培养模式改革成为高职院校发展急需解决的课题,而“三教”(教师、教材、教法)改革是高职教学改革的重点。该研究从“1+X”证书制度对高职院校人才培养的意义出发,分析“1+X”证书制度下高职院校“三教”改革的现状,通过提升教师实践教学能力、开发多元化新型教材、贯彻落实“做中学”理念及引企入校共同培育高职人才,深入推动高职院校教师、教材、教法的改革创新,培养德技双修的复合型人才,推动区域经济社会的发展。

Abstract: Under the "1+X" certificate system, the reform of the talent training model in higher vocational colleges has become an urgent issue for the development of higher vocational colleges, and the reform of "three teachings" (teachers, teaching materials, and teaching methods) is the focus of higher vocational teaching reform. This study starts from the significance of the "1+X" certificate system for talent training in higher vocational colleges, and analyzes the current situation of the "three teachings" reform in higher vocational colleges under the "1+X" certificate system. Diversify new teaching materials, implement the concept of "learning by doing", and introduce enterprises into the school to jointly cultivate the higher vocational students, and further promote the reform and innovation of teachers, teaching materials, and teaching methods in higher vocational colleges, and cultivate a combination of morality and technology talents to promote regional economic and social development.
