Abstract: The operation of online open courses is the key link and core content of online teaching, has played an important role in online teaching. Based on the online open course construction and online teaching practice of principles of management in Hongshan College, firstly, the relationship between online open course and online teaching is analyzed. Secondly, it introduces the whole process of offline and online construction of the online open course of principles of management in Hongshan College. Thirdly, the practice of online teaching based on the online open course of management principles in Hongshan College is discussed. Finally, three suggestions were put forward for conducting online teaching based on online open courses, in order to provide some reference for other universities to carry out online teaching based on online open courses.
