Application of Mini-CEX Combined with CBL Teaching Mode in Clinical Practice Teaching of Respiratory Medicine

摘要: 目的 研究Mini-CEX与CBL教学模式在呼吸内科临床实践课程中应用的有效性。方法 共选择69名医学生,将其分为对照组和实验组,实验组采用的是Mini-CEX联合CBL教学模式,而对照组采用的是传统带教模式。结果 在综合能力考评中,实验组操作技能和病史书写能力明显优于对照组,且教学满意度较对照组高,Mini-CEX评分高于入科时。结论 Mini-CEX联合CBL的教学方法在临床实践课程中的应用效果好于一般临床实践的带教模式。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of Mini-CEX combined with CBL teaching mode in clinical practice teaching of respiratory medicine. Methods 69 medical students were divided into control group and experimental group. The control group adopted traditional teaching mode, while the experimental group adopted Mini-CEX combined with CBL teaching mode. Results In the comprehensive ability assessment, the operating skills and medical history writing ability of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group, and the teaching satisfaction was higher than that of the control group. The Mini-CEX score at the time of graduation was higher than that at the time of admission. Conclusion The effect of Mini-CEX combined with CBL teaching mode in clinical practice teaching of respiratory medicine is better than that of traditional clinical practice teaching.
