大智移云时代背景下会计人才培养问题探析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着大智移云时代的到来,数智技术的应用给会计行业带来了挑战,如何培养时代所需的复合型会计人才,使其更好地服务经济建设,需要各高校不断探索研究。该文分析了当前会计人才培养中存在的问题,主要有现有人才培养目标尚未与大数据时代发展需求相匹配、现有会计教育课程更新不及时、教育主体专业技能有待提升、高校会计实习基地未能满足职业实践需求等,并针对上述问题提出了相应对策建议。

Abstract: With the advent of the era of Dazhiyiyun, the application of intelligent technologies has brought challenges to the accounting industry. It is necessary for universities to continuously explore and research how to cultivate versatile accounting professionals who can better serve economic construction in this era. This article analyzes the problems in the current accounting talent training, including the mismatch between the existing talent training goals and the development needs of the big data era, outdated accounting education curriculum, the need to improve the professional skills of educational institutions, and the failure of accounting internship bases in universities to meet the needs of professional practice. Corresponding strategies and suggestions are proposed to address these issues.
