“以赛促训,以训促学”在第二课堂建设中的探究

摘要: “以赛促训,以训促学”是以完善第二课堂教学体系为任务,以课外实践活动为载体,以各级专业技能大赛为目标,培养高素质应用型专门人才。该文以黑龙江八一农垦大学动物科技学院的课堂教学改革为对象,参考国内外先进改革经验和研究成果,提出“以赛促训,以训促学”形式,加强和完善课堂教学改革,实现第一课堂和第二课堂的有效衔接,将专业知识和实践技能训练相融合,开展从专业基础技能到专业综合技能的培养,提高学生的综合素质,对高等院校人才培养目标的达成具有重要意义,为培养新农科人才创造了适宜的实践教学模式。

Abstract: “Promoting training through competitions and promoting learning through training”is to improve the second classroom teaching system and cultivate high-quality applied professionals with the school practice base as the carrier and professional skills competitions at all levels as the goal. Based on the actual situation of the Animal Science and Technology College of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University, this study draws on the advanced experience of foreign countries and relevant domestic research results, and puts forward the idea of“promoting training through competition and promoting learning through training”. Strengthen and perfect the second classroom activities in the form of training to promote learning, realize the effective integration of first classroom and second classroom, integrate professional knowledge and practical skills training, and realize students'basic skills, professional skills. The training of comprehensive skills improves the comprehensive quality of students. It is of great significance to the achievement of the goal of personnel training in colleges and universities, create a suitable practical teaching mode for the cultivation of new agricultural talents.
