摘要: 在“大众创业、万众创新”的背景下,高校创新创业教育取得了良好成效,但在某些方面还有待完善:大学生的创新创业意识不强,缺乏开展创新创业活动的主动性;高校实践平台少,学生创新创业能力较弱;师资力量有限,课程设置不合理。将大学生“三下乡”社会实践和创新创业教育有效融合,有助于培养学生的创新创业意识,提升其就业创业能力;丰富创新创业教育内容,促进教学改革;缓解学生就业压力,助力乡村振兴。提升大学生“三下乡”社会实践和创新创业融合的成效,增强大学生创新创业能力,需要加强师资队伍建设,提高专业水平;深化教学改革,提升教育质量;孵化创业项目,以赛促创;加强校地合作,优化实践平台。

Abstract: Under the background of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has achieved good results, but there are also many shortcomings. The consciousness of college students to innovation and entrepreneurship is not strong, lack of initiative in carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship activities; There are few practice platforms in colleges and universities, and students'ability of innovation and entrepreneurship is weak; The teaching staff is limited and the curriculum is unreasonable. The effective integration of college students'social practice of“three trips to the countryside” and innovation and entrepreneurship is helpful to cultivate the consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship and enhance the ability of entrepreneurship. Enrich the content of innovation and entrepreneurship and promote teaching reform; We will ease employment pressure and boost rural revitalization. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of teaching staff and improve the professional level to enhance the integration effect of college students' social practice and innovation and entrepreneurship and enhance their innovation and entrepreneurship ability. Deepen the reform of teaching and improve the quality of education; Incubate entrepreneurial projects to promote innovation through competition; Strengthen school-local cooperation and optimize the practice platform.
