“产教、专创”双融合视角下的生物技术专业人才培养模式研究与实践

摘要: “产教融合、专创融合”培养应用技术型人才是现阶段应用型大学的办学方向,也是地方本科院校自身发展的要求。针对目前部分高校存在的学生工程实践能力较弱、创新创业能力不强等问题,该文围绕人才培养目标、课程体系、教学大纲、教学方法、考核规范、质量评价、校内外基地建设等方面进行改革,提出“产教、专创”双融合的人才培养模式,经过多年的改革实践,在专业和课程建设、实训基地建设、学生培养等方面取得了成效。

Abstract: “The integration of industry and education, specialization and innovation”, and the cultivation of applied technology talents are the current direction of applied universities and the requirements for the self-development of local undergraduate colleges. In response to the current problems of weak engineering practice ability and weak innovation and entrepreneurship ability among students in some universities, reforms have been made around talent cultivation goals, curriculum system, teaching syllabus, teaching methods, assessment standards, quality evaluation, and the construction of internal and external bases. A talent cultivation model under the background of the dual integration of“industry and education, speciality and entrepreneurship”has been proposed. After years of reform and practice, in the construction of majors and courses practical results have been achieved in the construction of training bases and student training.
