摘要: 为推动医学院校和医疗机构深化产教融合、校企合作,需要以产教融合促进医学教育的改革与发展。因此,在新医科建设背景下,该文针对医学院校如何在医教协同过程中发挥主体作用、建立以需求为导向的产教融合平台的问题,通过构建“1+X”证书制度下产教融合平台模式、建设“双导师制”产教融合平台,探索有效的医教协同育人体系。

Abstract: In order to promote the deepening of industry education integration and school enterprise cooperation between medical colleges and medical institutions, it is necessary to promote the reform and development of medical education through industry education integration. Therefore, under the background of new medical science construction, how can medical colleges and universities play a major role in the process of medical and educational cooperation and establish a demand-oriented platform for the integration of industry and education. We will explore an effective collaborative education system of medical and education by building the platform model of industry-education integration under the“1+X”certificate system and the“double-tutor system”industry-education integration platform.
