Conception and Practice of the Construction of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Teaching Staff of “Three Mentors” in Applied Medical Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Results-Oriented (OBE)

摘要: 在国家创新驱动战略和产业转型升级的背景下,培养兼备创新创业能力和专业实践能力的高素质应用型人才是提升医学生培养质量的关键。基于辽宁省5所应用型高等医学院校创新创业师资队伍建设成果,分析现状、探讨模式、汲取经验,并尝试从OBE视角发现问题、分析原因、探索解决对策,提出了“理论讲师—实践导师—实战良师”“三师型”创新创业师资队伍建设构思,并在L大学医学检验学院进行实践检验。经验总结:建议应用型高等医学院校树立科学理念、完善管理机制,为“三师型”创新创业师资队伍建设提供制度保障;教师应打破思维定式、培养创新思维、提升专业能力,为培养创新创业和实践能力突出的高素质医学应用型人才奠定基础。

Abstract: :Under the background of the national innovation-driven strategy and industrial transformation and upgrading, cultivating high-quality applied talents with both innovation and entrepreneurship ability and professional practice ability is the key to improving the quality of medical student training. Based on the achievements of the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching staff in five applied medical colleges in Liaoning Province, this paper analyzes the current situation, discusses the model, draws experience, and tries to find the problems, analyze the causes and explore the solutions out from the perspective of OBE. The construction idea of “theoretical lecturers, practical tutors, practical teachers”and“three mentors”innovative and entrepreneurial teaching staff was put forward and tested in the School of Medical Laboratory Science, L University. By summarizing the experience, it is suggested that applied medical colleges and universities should establish scientific concepts and improve the management mechanism, so as to provide institutional guarantee for the construction of“three mentors” innovative and entrepreneurial teaching staff. Teachers should break the stereotype of thinking, cultivate innovative thinking, improve professional ability, and lay the foundation for cultivating high-quality medical applied talents with outstanding innovation, entrepreneurship and practical abilities.
