摘要/Abstract

摘要： 劳动是人类社会存在和发展的基础,劳动教育是我国教育制度的重要内容。高校开展劳动教育,对学生成长、教育体系完善以及社会发展都有着重要意义。该文首先阐述了高校劳动教育的主要内容和重要作用,然后针对目前高校劳动教育发展现状,提出了认识劳动的价值、创新劳动教育形式、加强师资队伍建设、完善劳动教育考核评价体系四项具体的实施对策,对提高高校劳动教育质量和效果有着重要的指导意义。

Abstract: Labor is the basis for the existence and development of human society, and labor education is an important part of China's education system. The development of labor education in colleges and universities is of great significance to the growth of students, the improvement of education system and the development of society. This paper first expounds the main content and important role of labor education in colleges and universities, and then, in view of the current situation of the development of labor education in colleges and universities, puts forward four specific implementation countermeasures, namely, recognizing the value of labor, innovating the form of labor education, strengthening the construction of teachers, and improving the evaluation system of labor education, which has important guiding significance for improving the quality and effect of labor education in colleges and universities.
