“三全育人”视域下地方高校大学生职业生涯教育的实践困境与提升策略

摘要: 当前,部分地方高校的大学生职业生涯教育相对薄弱,应分析职业生涯教育的现实困境,探索突破方法,建立适应时代发展和地方特色的全员全程全方位育人模式。该文基于“三全育人”理念,分析当前地方高校大学生职业生涯教育过程中存在的主要问题,并提出丰富课程内容、优化导师团队、转变就业观念、搭建育人体系、建立生涯档案、完善反馈机制等实践策略。

Abstract: At present, the career education of local college students is relatively weak, so we should actively analysis the practical difficulties and explore breakthrough methods of career education, and establish an all-around education model that adapts to the development of the times and local characteristics. Based on the perspective of the concept of“three complete education”, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current career education process of local college students, and puts forward practical strategies such as enriching the curriculum content, optimizing the tutor team, changing the employment concept, building the education system, establishing career archives, and improving the feedback mechanism.
