制造业转型升级背景下技能型人才培养及其实现路径

摘要: 制造业的转型升级与现实诉求,需要技能型人才,高素质技能型人才已然成为制造业可持续发展的紧缺人才。技能型人才培养的价值主要体现在推进地方院校教育教学改革,提高教育教学质量;提升受教育者的市场竞争力,实现个人与社会价值;推动企业走内涵式发展道路,促进企业转型升级等方面。技能型人才培养受专业、课程、教学与师资等内部因素,以及利益相关者外部环境的双重制约。因此,职业教育应加强专业与专业群建设,回应区域制造业发展需求;注重课程开发与内容设计,契合行业技术应用与职业标准;优化课堂教学,契合行业现实生产与管理的运行过程;加强“双师型”队伍建设,培养“通理论、强实践”的师资队伍;发挥“校政行企”联动作用,服务技能型人才培养全过程,探寻技能型人才培养及其实现路径。

Abstract: The transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and the realistic demands have forced skilled talents to form a force. High-quality compound skilled talents have become the urgently needed talents for the sustainable development of the manufacturing industry. The value implication of the cultivation of skilled talents is mainly reflected in the following aspects: to promote the education and teaching reform in local colleges and universities and improve the quality of education and teaching; To enhance the market competitiveness of the educates and realize their personal and social values; We will encourage enterprises to take the path of connotative development and promote their transformation and upgrading. The cultivation of skilled talents is restricted by both internal factors such as specialty, course, teaching and teachers, and external factors of stakeholders.Therefore, vocational education should strengthen the construction of specialty and specialty group to respond to the development needs of regional manufacturing industry. Focus on curriculum development and content design, in line with industry technology application and professional standards;optimize the teaching process, in line with the actual production and management process of the industry;Strengthen the construction of the double-qualified team, and train the teachers who are "proficient in theory and strong in practice"; give full play to the linkage role of "school administration, operation and enterprise", serve the whole process of the cultivation of skilled talents, and explore the cultivation of skilled talents and its realization path.
