摘要: 想要发展本科职业教育,就要清楚其定位并找到相应的人才培养模式,即“培养什么样的人才”以及“如何培养”。以能力为导向的人才培养模式基于“能力本位”的教育理念,以胜任岗位所需具备的能力为培养目标,这点非常契合本科职业教育。将能力培养融入教学活动中,实现人才培养精准对接企业对人才的真正需求,是本科职业教育高质量发展的关键。

Abstract: It is necessary to be clear about its positioning when developing Undergraduate Vocational Education (UVE), and then find the corresponding talent training mode, that is, what kind of talents to train and how to train them. Ability-oriented talent training mode is based on the educational philosophy of “Ability-Based”, taking the ability required for the position as the training goal, which fits UVE quite well. The key to high-quality UVE is to explore how to integrate ability training into teaching activities, so as to meets the real needs of enterprises for talents.
