摘要: 拔尖创新人才的培养关系到“第二个一百年”奋斗目标的顺利实现。该文通过阐述拔尖创新人才的概念,梳理了研究生拔尖创新人才培养的总体思路,从而进一步提出了分别从强化专业知识掌握度、“双师型”队伍建设、构建人才培养课程体系、构建校企产教融合协同育人环境等方面培养研究生拔尖创新人才,以期为我国研究生拔尖创新人才培养提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: The cultivation of innovative top-notch talents is related to the smooth realization of the second centenary goals. By elaborating the concept of top-notch innovative talents and combing the overall thinking of top-notch innovative talents for graduate students, the paper further puts forward the following suggestions: strengthening the mastery of professional knowledge, building a double-qualified team, constructing the curriculum system of talent cultivation, in order to provide reference for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents for graduate students in China, it is necessary to construct the collaborative education environment of university-enterprise integration of production and education.
