摘要: 创新驱动发展战略和新工科建设,对地方行业类高校研究生的综合创新能力和社会服务能力提出了更高的要求。该文分析了传统研究生培养体系存在的问题,结合齐齐哈尔大学化学工程与技术专业研究生培养的实际情况,基于“以学生为中心”的培养理念,重点从课程体系、项目牵引、科教融合、产学协同等方面进行教学改革,实现了科研反哺教学、科研教学相长,探索形成了“科教融合、产学协同”的地方行业类高校研究生培养模式,以期为新工科背景下研究生协同创新培养提供借鉴。

Abstract: :Innovation driven development strategy and new engineering construction, which put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive innovation ability and social service ability of graduate students in local industry colleges and universities. The problems existing in the traditional graduate training system was analyzed in this paper, combining with the graduate training practice in the discipline of chemical engineering and technology of Qiqihar University, based on the training concept of “student-centered” , emphasis will be placed on teaching reform in terms of curriculum system, project traction, integration of science and education, and collaboration between industry and academia, achieved research feedback and teaching, as well as mutual benefit between research and teaching, the postgraduate training mode of integration of science and education, collaboration of production and learning for local industrial colleges and universities has been explored and formed for providing reference for collaborative innovation training of postgraduate students in the context of new engineering.
