摘要: 培养“双创型”电力电子技术人才,是适应时代发展需求,促进电力电子产业高质量运行,提升技术实力,满足人才供给,以创业促就业的新型教育理念。课程内容设置直接关系“双创型”人才培养效果,因此,高校必须对其加以重视,加强研究,合理进行课程内容构建,满足电力电子技术“双创型”人才培养需求。该文详细阐述了基于“双创型”电力电子技术人才培养模式的课程内容设置要点,提出课程内容设置建议,制定基于“双创型”人才培养模式的电力电子技术课程开发策略,为相关教学工作的开展提供有益参考。

Abstract: Cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship power electronics technology talents is a new educational concept that adapts to the development needs of the times, promotes high-quality operation of the power electronics industry, enhances technological strength, meets talent supply, and promotes employment through entrepreneurship. The course content setting is directly related to the effectiveness of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship talents. Therefore, universities must attach importance to it, strengthen research, and construct the course content reasonably to meet the needs of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship talents in power electronics technology. This article elaborates on the key points of course content setting based on the innovation and entrepreneurship talent training mode for power electronics technology, proposes suggestions for course content setting, and formulates a development strategy for power electronics technology courses based on the innovation and entrepreneurship talent training mode, providing useful references for the development of related teaching work.
