摘要/Abstract

摘要： 地方高校学科建设对于提高人才培养质量、促进地方社会经济发展具有重要作用。该文在理清学科建设与研究型人才培养质量关系的基础上,着重分析学科评估视角下地方高校学科建设的特点以及建设过程中存在的问题和成因,同时剖析学科建设过程中人才培养质量存在的问题,并为地方高校学科建设与提升研究生人才培养质量提供路径。

Abstract: The disciplinary construction of local universities plays an important role in improving the quality of talent cultivation and promoting local socio-economic development. On the basis of clarifying the relationship between disciplinary construction and the quality of research-oriented talent cultivation, this article focuses on analyzing the characteristics of disciplinary construction in local universities from the perspective of disciplinary evaluation, as well as the problems and causes that exist in the construction process. At the same time, it analyzes the problems in the quality of talent cultivation during the disciplinary construction process, and provides a path for local university disciplinary construction and improving the quality of graduate talent cultivation.
