The Application of LOGBOOK Teaching Method in the Teaching of Orthopedics Nursing Students

摘要: 目的 探讨LOGBOOK教学法在骨科实习护生培训中的应用效果。方法 选取重庆医科大学附属大学城医院2021年1月—2022年1月60名骨科实习护士为研究对象,采取随机分组,接受传统教学法培训的30名护士作为对照组,接受LOGBOOK教学法培训的30名护士作为观察组。结果 比较两组护生的自我学习能力培养效果,观察组护生理论知识、操作技能及对教学模式的满意度得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LOGBOOK教学法能够培养护生的评判性思维和整体护理思维及观念,同时提高了护生对教学及教师的满意度,提高了护生的学习兴趣,促进了护生综合能力的提升,值得推广使用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of LOGBOOK teaching method in the training of orthopedic nursing students. Methods 60 orthopedics nursing students from the University Town Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into 30 nurses who received the traditional teaching method as the control group and 30 nurses who received the LOGBOOK teaching method as the observation group. Results The self-learning ability of nursing students in the two groups was compared. The scores of theoretical knowledge, operational skills and satisfaction with teaching mode of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion LOGBOOK teaching method can cultivate nursing students' critical thinking, holistic nursing thinking and concept, improve their satisfaction with teaching and teachers, improve their interest in learning, and promote the improvement of comprehensive ability. It is worthy of popularization and use.
