摘要: 高校大学生职业生涯规划对学生的在校学习及未来就业起着不可替代的作用,是高校大学生在大学期间进行系统的职业生涯规划的过程。该文总结了哈尔滨工程大学多年的大学生涯与职业发展规划课程教学改革实践经验:以学生发展为中心调整教学目标;以发展和思政的视角重塑教学内容;借助前沿信息丰富教学方法;优化评价方式,注重过程化考核。通过评教增值、生涯行动执行情况、教学目标落实比对、高质量就业情况四个维度验证教学创新取得的成效。

Abstract: College students' career planning plays an irreplaceable role in their study at school and their future employment. It is a systematic career planning process for college students. This paper summarizes the practical experience of career curriculum teaching reform in Harbin Engineering University in the past 15 years, focusing on the three pain points of "lack of localization" "disconnection between theory and social development" and "focusing on goals but neglecting process", Reshape the teaching content from the perspective of development and politics; Enrich teaching methods with the help of cutting-edge information; Optimize evaluation methods and pay attention to process assessment. Finally, the effectiveness of teaching innovation is verified through four dimensions, namely, teaching appreciation, career action implementation, comparison of teaching objectives and high-quality employment.
