摘要/Abstract

摘要： 该文首先概述了“1+X”证书制度下高校创新创业人才培养的典型特点,其次介绍了近年来高校在“双创”人才培养中常用的几种人才培养模式,最后基于“1+X”证书制度的要求,总结了高校培养创新创业人才的具体策略,例如科学制定人才培养方案、注重过程性评价、加强“双师型”教师队伍建设等,为新时期高校向社会输送更多优质的“双创”人才提供了经验借鉴。

Abstract: This paper firstly summarizes the typical characteristics of the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities under the "1+X" certificate system, secondly, introduces several training modes commonly used in the training of mass entrepreneurship and innovation talents in colleges and universities in recent years, finally, based on the requirements of the "1+X" certificate system, the paper summarizes the specific strategies for colleges and universities to train innovative and entrepreneurial talents, such as scientific development of talent training programs, focus on process evaluation, strengthen the construction of "double-qualified" teachers, etc., which provides experience for colleges and universities to send more high-quality "innovation and entrepreneurship" talents to the society in the new era.
