双创”背景下高职院校产教融合教学改革探索

摘要: 产教融合作为高素质高技能型“准职业人”的人才培养路径,是“双创”新时代背景下职业教育发展的主要方向。该文以“双创”及产教融合为引领和依托,探讨了基于“双创”背景的高职院校产教融合的三个问题:即产教融合体系不全、教学资源及师资匮乏、产教融合协同育人“合而不深”等。针对这些问题,该文提出重塑“双创”教育理念、加强对“双创”教育的认知,完善产教融合课程资源及师资,深化产教融合协同育人、打造产教融合的“双创”实践平台等改革策略,以期构建产教融合协同育人机制,培育高素质技能型“双创”人才,实现学生的多元化发展。

Abstract: The integration of industry and education, as a talent cultivation path for high-quality and highly skilled "quasi professionals", is the main direction for the development of vocational education in the context of the new era of innovation and entrepreneurship. This article takes entrepreneurship and innovation and the integration of industry and education as the guidance and support, and explores three issues of the integration of industry and education in vocational colleges based on the background of entrepreneurship and innovation, namely the incomplete integration system of industry and education, the lack of teaching resources and teachers, and the lack of cooperation in collaborative education between industry and education. In response to these issues, the article proposes reform strategies such as reshaping the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education, strengthening the understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education, improving the curriculum resources and teachers of industry education integration, deepening the collaborative education of industry education integration, and creating a innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform for industry education integration. The aim is to build a collaborative education mechanism for industry education integration, cultivate high-quality skilled innovation and entrepreneurship talents, and achieve diversified development of students.
