摘要: 该文从影响创新型培养成才的主要因素——创新内环境(人格特征)、外环境、实现路径的视角,系统分析了普通“双非”高校创新型人才培养过程中创新思维能力不足、创新技术手段不够、创新性实践能力缺乏的问题,提出了以课程内容为载体,以课程体系建设为依托,融“互联网+”和“智能技术”(两翼)于“理论教学—实验实训—实践训练”(三模块)的一体化创新创业课程体系,从而满足创新型人才培养的内在需求。

Abstract: From the perspective of the main factors that affect the cultivation of innovative talents —innovative Internal environment (personality characteristics), external environment, and realization path, this paper systematically analyzes the problems of insufficient innovative thinking ability, insufficient innovative technical means and lack of innovative practical ability in the training of innovative talents in ordinary non double first class colleges and universities in China. Based on the content of curriculum and the construction of curriculum system, the integrated innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system integrating "Internet+" and "intelligent technology" (two wings) in "theory teaching - experiment training - practice training" (three modules) is restructured to meet the internal needs of innovative talents.
