摘要: 针对医学院校工科专业人才培养模式的现状,以新乡医学院生物医学工程专业人才培养模式为研究对象,基于OBE成果导向教育理念,提出人才培养模式改革创新的思路,以新经济时代对提升工程素质和实践创新能力的要求为出发点,对培养目标、课程体系、教学设计和评价环节进行改革。改革后的人才培养目标以人才社会需求为导向,构建以培养学生能力为主的模块化课程体系,实施以学生为中心的教学策略,通过多元化评价,以促进课程学习改进为目标,激励学生制定学习成果目标,持续提高人才培养质量。

Abstract: In view of the current situation of the training mode of engineering professionals in medical colleges and universities, this paper takes the training mode of biomedical engineering professionals in Xinxiang Medical College as the research object, and based on the OBE achievement oriented education concept, puts forward the idea of talent training mode reform and innovation. Starting from the requirements of the new economic era for improving the engineering quality and practical innovation ability, reform should be carried out in the training objectives, curriculum system, teaching design and evaluation links. The goal of talent cultivation after reform is guided by the social needs of talents, constructing a modular curriculum system that focuses on highlighting the cultivation of students' abilities, implementing a student-centered teaching strategy, and promoting curriculum learning improvement through diversified evaluation, inspiring students to set learning outcomes goals and continuously improving the quality of talent cultivation.
