摘要/Abstract

摘要： 以电子信息类本科、硕士在读学生为主要研究对象,基于“学赛研创”理念探讨了“专创融合型”人才培养实践的主要措施：增强学生创新意识、启发学生创新思维、锻炼学生创新能力、培育学生创业项目,探索符合海南自由贸易港和海南师范大学特色的创新人才培养实践方法。分析创新人才培养实践存在的问题,提出在以学生为中心的思想引领下培养学生创新思维和创新能力,开展更深层次的实践能力培养。

Abstract: Taking electronic information undergraduate and master students as the main research objects, based on the concept of "study competition, research and innovation", the main measures of specialization and innovation integration talent training practice are discussed to enhance students' innovative awareness, inspire students' innovative thinking, and exercise students' innovative ability, cultivate student entrepreneurship projects, and explore innovative talent training practices that are in line with the characteristics of Hainan Free Trade Port and Hainan Normal University. The problems existed in the practice of innovative talent training are analyzed,it is proposed to cultivate students' innovative thinking and innovative ability under the guidance of student-centered for a deeper level of practical ability training.
