Research on Construction Mode of School-Enterprise Collaborative Education Based on the Innovative Value Chain of Intelligent Material Industry

摘要: 该文分析了新工科专业建设背景下,实践教学中高校、企业、学生的根本需求。以校企科研项目为基础,探讨了将实践教学融入产业技术创新与产品研发的可行性。并结合创新价值链理论,提出了适用于既定教学计划的“校内+校外”的模块化全链条式校企协同实践教学模式。同时介绍了哈尔滨工业大学(威海)智能材料与结构新工科专业的实践教学模式构建与基地建设思路,及以教育教学改革研究项目为驱动的校企协同实践教学基地共建方法,希望能为相关专业实践教学方案的设计与优化提供参考。

Abstract: In this article, the fundamental needs of universities, enterprises, and students in practical teaching were analyzed under the background of the construction of new engineering majors. The feasibility of integrating practical teaching into industrial technological innovation and product research and development based on school enterprise scientific research projects was discussed. Based on the theory of innovative value chain, a modular and full chain collaborative practical teaching model of school and enterprise is proposed, which is suitable for the given teaching plan. The construction ideas of practical teaching mode and base for the new engineering specialty of intelligent materials and structures in Harbin University of Technology (Weihai) were introduced as well as the collaborative practical teaching base construction method driven by educational and teaching reform research projects between schools and enterprises, which may provide reference for designation and optimization of practical teaching programs for related majors.
