高校教学督导工作的探析与反思

摘要: 高校教学督导不仅能督促本校教师教学水平的提高、教学方法的更新改进,还能够提高全校的整体教学质量,从而促进教研教改工作的顺利开展,创造良好的教学教研环境和氛围,推动学校内涵发展。该文从教学督导工作的制度、内容要求、组织结构及“两级督导”体系的建设等方面进行了阐述,并通过对督导工作的分析,反思其中的不足,积极创新求变,完善教学督导工作机制,达成教育教学的合力,推进和落实高校立德树人的根本任务。

Abstract: As an important means of monitoring the quality of each link of teaching in colleges and universities, teaching supervision can not only promote teachers to improve their teaching level, devote themselves to teaching work, and constantly improve teaching methods, but also improve the overall teaching quality of the whole school, thus promoting the smooth development of teaching research and teaching reform, creating a good teaching research environment and atmosphere to promote the connotation development of the school. This paper expounds and analyzes the system, content requirements, organizational structure and the construction of the "two-level supervision" system of teaching supervision, and through the analysis of the supervision, reflects on its shortcomings, actively innovates and changes, improves the working mechanism of teaching supervision, achieves the joint force of education and teaching, and promotes and implements the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people in our school.
