摘要: 为促进大学生就创新创业,教育部鼓励“优先向大学生创办的小微企业转移高校的科研成果”,这项政策本该成为推动高校科研成果转化与大学生创新创业的重要动力,但由于目前有关这方面的研究和实践探索还比较少,效果并不明显。只有对当前高校科技成果转化和大学生创新创业现状进行分析,深刻研究二者的互融互促,才能促进高校科研成果转化和大学生创新创业教育的有机融合。

Abstract: In order to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of college students, the Ministry of Education encourages "giving priority to transferring the scientific research achievements of universities to small and micro enterprises founded by college students". This policy should have become an important driving force for promoting the transformation of scientific research achievements in colleges and universities and the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students. However, due to the lack of research and practical exploration in this field, the effect is not obvious. Only by analyzing the current situation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities and the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students, and deeply studying their mutual integration and promotion, can we promote the organic integration of the transformation of scientific research achievements in universities and the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students.
