摘要: 职业教育坚持产教融合、校企合作,坚持面向实践、强化能力培养。五年一贯制学前教育专业具有较强的实践性,实习是提高学生实践能力的重要途径。在产教融合背景下,该文探究五年一贯制学前教育专业五步递进式实习模式,能有效推进学校与幼儿园的深度合作,为学生实习搭建平台,提高实习的有效性,提升学生的就业竞争力。

Abstract: Vocational education adheres to the integration of industry and education, school enterprise cooperation, practice oriented, and ability training. The five-year consistent system preschool education specialty has strong practicality, and practice is an important way to improve students' practical ability. Under the background of integration of industry and education, exploring the five-step progressive practice mode of five-year consistent system preschool education can effectively promote the in-depth cooperation between schools and kindergartens, build a platform for student practice, improve the effectiveness of practice and enhance employment competitiveness.
