摘要: 乡村振兴战略是国家重大发展战略,在脱贫攻坚取得全面胜利后,如何实现乡村振兴的接续发展成为重要课题。乡村振兴需要创新创业型人才支撑,探索乡村地区如何吸引、留住、培养乡创人才,将对完善创新创业教育生态、解决乡村振兴人才问题大有裨益。乡村地区目前面临着人才吸引力缺乏、创业生态不健全、发展创新力不够、教育实践性不足等人才挑战,要进行政策引导优化、创业生态改善以及与职业教育相结合的乡创人才培育,为乡村振兴注入新动能。

Abstract: The comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization is a major national development strategy. How to achieve the continued development of rural revitalization after a comprehensive victory in poverty alleviation has become an important issue. Rural revitalization needs the support of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. Exploring how to attract, retain, and train rural creative talents in rural areas will be of great help to improving the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecology and solving the pain points and difficulties of rural revitalization talents. Rural areas are currently facing talent challenges such as lack of talent attraction, unsound entrepreneurial ecology, insufficient development and innovation, and insufficient educational practice. It is necessary to optimize policy guidance, improve entrepreneurial ecology, and cultivate rural entrepreneurial talents combined with vocational education. Rural revitalization injects new momentum.
