新农科背景下涉农高校卓越农林人才培养模式研究——以山东农业大学为例

Research on the Mode of Excellent Agriculture and Forestry Talent Education under the Background of New Agricultural Sciences in Agricultural Universities——Taking Shandong Agricultural University as an Example

摘要: 新时代赋予高等农林院校新任务、新使命。新农科的提出为我国高校涉农专业人才培养指明方向。传统高校的人才培养重理论、轻实践,缺乏思政教育和创新能力培养,不符合卓越农林人才培养要求。该文以山东农业大学为例,结合学校新农科人才培养方案,重点从课程思政、立德树人、优化课程资源、改变教学模式、加强创新人才培养等方面提出了相应对策和建议,旨在培养一批思想过硬、多学科背景、高文化素质的卓越农林人才,满足国家乡村振兴战略需求。

Abstract: The higher agriculture and forestry colleges have new tasks and missions in the new era endows. The New agricultural science shows us the way to talent education. Traditional colleges and universities pay more attention to theory and less attention to practice. The excellent agricultural and forestry personnel training is requirement ideological and innovative education. This research takes the Shandong Agricultural University as an example, we combine the talent training program of new agriculture. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the aspects of morality education, teaching mode reform and innovative talents. The aim is to train a group of excellent agricultural and forestry talents with strong ideology, multi-disciplinary background and high cultural quality to meet the strategic of national rural revitalization.
