新时期临床医学硕士研究生科研创新能力培养的探析

摘要: 当今新冠肺炎疫情等挑战,使医学科研创新在社会经济可持续发展中的核心作用不断凸显。但目前采取的临床医学专业硕士学位研究生的住院医师规范化培训“双轨合一”的培养模式存在重临床、轻科研,重技能、轻创新的问题,如何为迅猛发展的临床医学领域培养有科研能力的创新型临床医学人才是亟待解决的问题。该文结合临床医学类硕士研究生的特点及目前存在的问题,提出了双导师线上线下临床科研混合教学模式,旨在构建适合临床医学硕士研究生科研创新能力培养的模式,提高临床医学研究生的创新能力。

Abstract: Global challenges such as COVID-19 have made the central role of medical research and innovation in the sustainable development of society and economy increasingly prominent. However, the currently widely implemented dual track training mode of standardized resident training for master's degree in clinical medicine has some problems, such as emphasizing clinical practice, neglecting scientific research, emphasizing skills and neglecting innovation. How to cultivate innovative clinical medical talents with scientific research ability is an urgent problem to be solved. Combined with the characteristics and existing problems of clinical medicine graduate students, this paper proposed a dual tutor online and offline clinical research mixed teaching mode, aiming to construct an education mode suitable for the cultivation of scientific research innovation ability of clinical medicine graduate students and improve their innovation ability.
