基于TRIZ实现“专创融合”课程建设与教学效果评价研究——以水电站课程为例

Study of the Construction Course and the Evaluation of Teaching Effects on Integration of Specialty and Innovation Based on TRIZ Theory——Take Hydropower Station Course as an example

摘要: “专创融合”教学是创新创业教育的重要组成部分,需要探索研究“专创融合”教学。为了提高课程教学质量,引入TRIZ创新理论分析及解题思想,解析水电站工程设计课程教学规律和特征,实现“专创融合”建设,聚焦工程设计能力培养,将课程教学过程定义为技术系统,建立技术系统功能分析模型;研究技术系统不足,利用TRIZ理论的因果链分析、资源分析、发明原理和物-场模型等工具,提出弥补该技术系统不足的方案;利用TRIZ创新理论对工程设计能力层级进行分析,植入ADDIE思想,获得7个基本能力,构建基本能力构成关系模型,分析基本能力融合形成核心能力机理,建立7维“专创融合”能力培养模型(7D-OPERATE);以水电站课程为例,分析建立基本能力转化模型,对其简化,确定系数、核心能力融合关系模型,利用教学数据对模型进行验证。研究表明,7D-OPERATE模型有效,教学效果符合模型分析结果,以TRIZ创新理论为引导,对水电站课程开展“专创融合”建设具有合理性。

Abstract: Teaching on integration of specialized and innovation is an important part of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and some explorations and researches on teaching are required, which implements integration of specialized and innovation and is effective. In order to improve the quality of teaching, introducing TRIZ theory and its problem-solving ideas, analyzes the teaching rules and characteristics of hydropower engineering course, what is a course for training engineering design ability, focus on the training of engineering design capabilities, realizes the construction of specialization and integration, defining the course teaching process as a technical system, establishes a technical system functional analysis model; researches the technical system deficiencies, using TRIZ theory's cause-effect chains analysis, resource analysis, invention principle and Su-F model and other tools, proposes solutions to the technical system deficiencies; using TRIZ theory and planting enter the ADDIE thought, analyzes the engineering design capability levels, obtains 7 basic abilities, builds a relationship model of basic abilities, analyzing the mechanism of fusion of basic abilities to form core abilities, and establishes a 7D-OPERATE cultivating model (7D-OPERATE); taking the hydropower station course as an example, analyzes and establishes the basic model of ability transformation, simplify it, determines The coefficient and the core ability fusion relationship model, and based on the teaching data to verify the model. the research shows that the 7D-OPERATE model is effective, and the teaching effect is in line with the model analysis results. Guided by TRIZ's theory, it is reasonable to carry out integration of specialized and innovation construction of hydropower station course.
