Abstract: With “Internet + education” further development, gradually promote the education informatization, the use of mobile Internet aided teaching of colleges and universities, is considered to be one of the important means to improve teaching quality. The reform and innovation of learning mode based on mobile Internet is of practical significance to talent training. Starting from the development status of Internet in China, this paper analyzes the impact of mobile Internet on university education, and studies the shortcomings of teaching and learning application of college teachers and students in the context of mobile Internet. The improvement measures of learning mode based on mobile Internet are proposed.
