摘要: 随着社会经济的发展,用人单位对“双创型”人才的需求与日俱增,而高校作为培养人才的基地,发展创新创业素质教育也成为各大高校的重要教学工作之一。但由于创新创业教育涉及的面比较广,各大高校的办学方向也不尽相同,因此在大学生创新创业素质教育过程中缺乏行之有效的模式。基于OBE(Outcome-based education)理念,将培养大学生的创新创业思维作为教学基础,将提升学生的创新创业技能作为根本目标,探索适合开展大学生创新创业素质教育的教学模式。通过将以目标为导向的OBE教学理念引入大学生创新创业素质教育,提升创新创业素质教育平台建设、课程设计、项目实施等环节的方向性、目的性和实用性。从而提高大学生创新创业素质教育的质量,使学生具备更强的创新创业素质和能力。

Abstract: With the development of social economy, the demand of employing units for entrepreneurship and innovation talents is increasing day by day, and colleges and universities as a talent training base, the development of innovation and entrepreneurship quality education has become one of the important teaching work of universities and colleges. However, due to the wide range of innovation and entrepreneurship education and the different educational directions of universities, there is no effective mode in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship quality education for college students. Based on the idea of OBE (Outcome-based education), this paper takes the cultivation of college students' innovative and entrepreneurial thinking as the teaching basis and the improvement of students' innovative and entrepreneurial skills as the fundamental goal, and explores the teaching mode suitable for the development of college students' innovative and entrepreneurial quality education. By introducing the goal-oriented OBE teaching concept into college students' innovation and entrepreneurship quality education, the orientation, purpose and practicability of innovation and entrepreneurship quality education platform construction, curriculum design, project implementation and other links can be improved. So as to improve the quality of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship quality education, so that students have stronger innovation and entrepreneurship quality, skills and ability.
